New Global ICS Warranty Program

The commitment of Avery Graphics™ to quality ensures that every product we produce is designed, engineered, manufactured and tested with one goal in mind – the complete satisfaction of our customers. Over the years, we have demonstrated this commitment with various warranty programs, for instance Avery® Supreme Cover.
As part of our globalised approach to business, we have recently reviewed and standardised all warranty programs for all regions. This review has resulted in a new, global warranty program called ‘ICS (Integrated Component System) Warranty Program’, to be introduced in June 2010.
The ICS Warranty offers two levels: ICS Performance Guarantee and ICS Platinum Warranty.
ICS Performance Guarantee assures the performance of our films with a wide range of qualified components and printer platforms, offering a high level of choice and flexibility.
ICS Platinum Warranty, available by special request, provides an enhanced warranty system for even the most demanding applications. The ICS Platinum Warranty is customised for individual graphics projects.
All warranties issued in the past under Avery® Supreme Cover will continue to be valid for the remainder of the stated warranty period. However, any future warranties will be provided under the new ICS Warranty Program, giving end-users additional security, continuity and peace of mind.
